We showed up last minute and they accommodated us immediately. They held our luggage until our late departure so we could enjoy the time in Quito . It was very clean, bottle of water provided and cold water bottles around the facility. Always lots of hot water and water pressure

The room was bright, clean and updated. Bathroom very nice. Buffet breakfast was good. Nice friendly staff. Water refill stations very handy.
